PharmaGABA is a natural form of the neurotransmitter GABA (gamma-amino butyric acid) that is produced by a Lactobacillus organism. GABA regulates anxiety and nervousness by calming excitory neurotransmitter activity. Increased GABA levels improve mental focus and relaxation without drowsiness. It's also known as 'nature's calming neurotransmitter' and an adequate amount of GABA in the nervous system is necessary to cope with stress.

Dosage: 1-2 capsules two to three times daily or as directed by a healthcare professional.
