Organic Gum Acacia: a certified organic, kosher ingredient that comes from Acacia trees in Africa. Gum Acacia is a natural thickener used extensively in organic, natural foods for thousands of years.

Certified Organic Cocoa: the cocoa beans are grown by organic farmers and harvested in the Dominican Republic. The farmers nurture the trees, hand pick the cocoa pods and separate out the beans for fermenting. After a carefully controlled fermentation process the cocoa beans are dried by an advanced design solar heated air system and then processed into cocoa liquor.
