Nutri-Fem is a unique multiple vitamin-mineral formulation designed to meet the needs of women of child-bearing age. Includes Wild Yam and GLA from Borage oil. Wild Yam possesses DHEA like properties acting as a precursor to sex hormones such as oestrogen and progesterone. Extracts of the plant have been used to treat painful menstruation, hot flushes and headaches.

GLA is essential for smooth, healthy skin and female hormonal balance. GLA has been researched for its ability to relieve PMS, reduce inflammation in arthritis and lower cholesterol. It may also help prevent premature aging and autoimmune diseases.
