Bioflavonoids are a complex group of substances found naturally in citrus fruits alongside vitamin C. When added to vitamin C in supplements, they improve its uptake and provide other valuable health benefits. This product contains only pure, crystalline vitamin C, without added corn starch, magnesium stearate, or other dilutants found in many lower grade products.

Dosage: 1-2 capsules twice daily or as directed by a healthcare professional.
